Returns Policy
Dentistry Gate offers a flexible return policy for items purchased on our website. Please note that specific conditions and timeframes may apply.
Eligible Returns:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you can return it within 14 days of invoice.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no cost to you.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of invoice, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
- Original packaging must be unopened.
- Item is not a clearance item or a consumable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance items explicitly marked as non-returnable.
- Items with opened or missing packaging, seals, or tags.
- Consumable items that have been used or installed.
- Items covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Items with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Fragile or hygiene-related items.
Return Process:
- Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at dentistrygatee@gmail.com.
- Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA): Our customer service representative will provide you with an RA number.
- Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Include the RA: Clearly write the RA number on the package.
- Ship the Item: Use the shipping label provided by our customer service team to return the item.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
- Shipping costs for returns are typically covered by Dentistry Gate, except in cases where the return is due to a change of mind.
