Returns Policy

Dentistry Gate offers a flexible return policy for items purchased on our website. Please note that specific conditions and timeframes may apply.

Eligible Returns:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you can return it within 14 days of invoice.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no cost to you.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of invoice, subject to the following conditions:
    • Item must be unused and in its original condition.
    • All tags and labels must be intact.
    • Original packaging must be unopened.
    • Item is not a clearance item or a consumable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance items explicitly marked as non-returnable.
  • Items with opened or missing packaging, seals, or tags.
  • Consumable items that have been used or installed.
  • Items covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Items with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Fragile or hygiene-related items.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at dentistrygatee@gmail.com.
  2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA): Our customer service representative will provide you with an RA number.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Include the RA: Clearly write the RA number on the package.
  5. Ship the Item: Use the shipping label provided by our customer service team to return the item.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs for returns are typically covered by Dentistry Gate, except in cases where the return is due to a change of mind.
